Dr. November's work assists people struggling with parent-child issues, parental stress, school difficulties, vocational challenges, relationship & interpersonal issues, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, overall stress management, developmental disorders, and challenges adjusting to life transitions. Dr. November interweaves a variety of treatment modalities including aspects of psychodynamic psychotherapy, internal family systems, thought work, eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help her clients understand the impact of their past experiences, grapple with present day challenges, and set goals for the future.
When Dr. November works with a child or adolescent, parent involvement is essential. She often works with children in individual psychotherapy, but treatment plans always include either family therapy, parent consultation, co-parenting support, and/or child-centered couple's therapy.

Her postdoctoral hours were completed in New York at the Bronx Children’s Psychiatric Center where she focused on the psychiatric and academic needs of children and adolescents requiring a therapeutic educational setting.
